We are searching for Associate Wealth Managers to support our financial planning services for dentists. This requires a desire to become a specialist in all wealth management and financial needs of dentists. You will be placed within a small team with significant mentorship and training to jumpstart your career.

Responsibilities
The Highlights:
- Salaried. No sales or business development.
- Play a key role in supporting Wealth Managers through all phases of financial planning and client service.
- Develop your technical financial planning skillset by hyper-focusing on building financial plans, preparation for client meetings, and implementation.

The Details:
- Enter all data into eMoney Financial Planning Software and update for existing clients. Maintain logs of all questions and outstanding items.
- Maintain and update CRM Records with accurate client information, tasks and notes.
- Prepare and process routine Schwab account paperwork and troubleshoot servicing requests.
- Collaborate with bookkeepers to review and revise client bank & credit card transactions for personal bookkeeping reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial planning research or analysis.
- Support new client onboarding and existing client management. Ensure all documents are received and organized. Proactively communicate with team members on observations.
- Support the preparation and delivery of client reports and customized firm-wide deliverables.
- Gain a foundational understanding of dentists’ financial needs including career paths, ownership considerations, and tax management techniques.
- Collect, organize and review all client tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, investment and retirement statements, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage client tax and financial data using Intuit ProConnect, supporting tax preparation and advanced tax planning through close collaboration with Wealth Managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in financial planning
- Demonstrated progress towards the CFP® designation, and strong desire to further advance your professional education.
- Desire to grow into a lead advisor role. We will actively support your growth within the firm as quickly as you are ready (as soon as 2-3 years).
- Ability to commute to our Conshohocken, PA office.
- Comfortable in a fast-growing start-up environment. You will know objectives and will need to collaborate on the best ways to complete a task. Things change quickly and you should always be looking for improvements.
- Excellent communication skills - on the phone, in person, and in writing. Since you’re often the front-line support for our clients, it’s important that you can communicate without errors, promptly, and with ease.
